Instant Court Marriage does not register any marriage and has no capacity to issue any marriage certificate. Marriage Certificate is issued by the marriage registrar who is appointed by Delhi Government and our service is limited to the extent of required documentation as per division's requirement so that case is approved on appointment day. However the fee paid by client shall be fully refundable without asking a single question if client has to visit marriage registrar's office more than twice
