- 1. The aforesaid procedure of Court Marriage can also be done from Delhi . It is not possible to do Court Marriage in Delhi in one day. If someone says so, he/she is lying.

We have the privilege of serving thousands of clients of same or different religions, casts and nationalities.
Supplementary Information for Clients
Court Marriage
1. Arya Samaj Temple remains open on all days so Clients can fix their marriage date as per their convenience.
2. It takes around 90 minutes at Arya Samaj Temple to complete the marriage ceremony process.
3. If bride and groom are Muslims then nikah process takes around 90 minutes.
4. Clients can visit our office on working days as per office timings.
5. Clients can call us for any querry in respect of Court Marriage.
6. Only Monday, Wednesday and Friday are government working days for Court registration process.
7. Clients can choose registration day as per their convenience on working days only i.e. Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
8. The timings at registrar office are between 10AM to 11 AM and normally takes 1 hour on appointment day.
9. The registration certificate is issued by registrar on same day.
10. The certificate is full proof of marriage and acceptable everywhere.
11. Clients have to fix date of marriage on their own and inform us in advance.
12. If clients want to do marriage on same day without any booking with us, even then we will manage that.
13. Hindu-Muslim or Hindu- Christian bride and groom mostly choose Special Marriage Act because as per Indian law a Hindu priest can only perform marriage between two Hindus and a Quazi between two Muslims. In other words Inter-religious couples have no other option.
14. If bride or groom is a foreign citizen and belong to different religions then their marriage can be performed.
15. If both parties are Hindus, Buddhists, Sikhs or Jains then their Court marriage in Delhi can be performed even if they do not have Delhi address proof.
16. If bride and groom are Muslims then their Court Marriage can be performed at Delhi without address proof of Delhi.
17. If bride or groom is a foreign citizen and one is Indian then they can get Court Marriage done in Delhi without address proof of Delhi.
18. Clients don't have any advance payment for booking. Half payment to be made on Temple marriage day and remaining half on registration day.
19. For special marriage act cases Half payment has to be done in advance alongwith documents and remaining on appointment day when your case is cleared.
20. Same religion bride and groom rarely go for Special Marriage Act.
