Marriage Certificate Delhi

Marriage certificate service is available at low price in all areas of Delhi.

The customer has to send date of birth proof, address proof, marriage card, 4-5 marriage photos of different ceremonies and 1-1 Passport size photograph of both husband and wife. In case marriage card is not available then date and place of marriage is required. Marriage photographs may be of varmala, mangalsutra, sindoor, saptapadi or any other photographs proving marriage.

4-5 marriage photos are required because in every division different size and type of photograph is required.

In addition to above documents the client has to provide pan card and address proof of two witnesses in case of Hindu Marriage Act and three witnesses in case of Special Marriage Act. The witnesses can be from anywhere in India.

Customers have to send the above mentioned documents either on given whatsapp number or mail ID. Clients can submit document at our office also. INSTANT COURT MARRIAGE has its owned office at the same place since the year 2004. Address, working days and timings are in bottom of this page.

Half of our fee is payable in advance along with documents and remaining half once file gets ready. The payment can be done through Google Pay or Phone Pay number 9818545500 in the name of Rajesh Kumar.

Thereafter work of customers will begun and appointment with marriage registrar will be arranged. It is a time consuming service and takes around 4 hours for us to arrange an appointment and very few people provide this service in all areas of Delhi.

Thereafter the complete file will be sent to client so that the same can be taken at marriage registrar office on appointment day.

On appointment day husband, wife along with two witnesses in case of Hindu Marriage and three witnesses in case of Special Marriage will appear before the marriage registrar in Delhi and marriage certificate application is approved within 2 to 3 hours. The whole process from sending documents till approval takes around 1-2 working days in tatkal and 4-6 working days in non tatkal cases. Clients have to carry all original documents on appointment day.

Government fee is payable at registrar office on the day of appointment only through debit/credit card or online and the fee is Rs. 500 for all the marriages solemnized before 1st May 2014.

For marriages solemnized after April 30th, 2014 government fee is Rs 500 if marriage registration in Delhi is done within 60 days of its solemnization and Rs 1000 if marriage registration is done between 61-120 days from the date of marriage and Rs 1500 if it is done after 120 days of marriage.

Please note that this is not an easy service and applications are rejected for different reasons on appointment day and some customers have no such idea. Further some customers have misconception that marriage certificate can be obtained easily without physical appearance which is not possible. Those who dont want to waste their precious time should always avail this service through experts because biggest reason for case rejection is when appointment is arranged by those who lack expertise. In this service husband, wife and witnesses have to appear physically on appointment day. After rejection whole work has to be done again and married couple with witnesses have to visit again with fresh appointment as same day appointment is not possible. We have served hundreds of clients whose cases have been rejected multiple times.

Some people falsely claim to have office, staff and legal expertise in this service knowing well that most customers do not visit. Simply ask them you wish to visit their office and their true colours will be known.

Marriage Certificate Application can be filed at any one of the three divisions. As per law the first priority is place of marriage, second at address of husband and third at address of wife.

Ours fee differs from area to area and case to case.

For urgent service popularily called Tatkal service Government fee is INR 1000 Extra.

As per Government guidelines, marriage certificate is uploaded by Delhi Government on its website within 21 days.

WHAT CUSTOMER WILL GET BY AVAILING SERVICE THROUGH US.

A. 2 to 5 affidavits with notary register entry number as required in your division because every division has its own affidavits format. In some divisions of marriage registrar affidavits of witnesses also required that the marriage was attended by them. Non availability of marriage invitation cafd affidavit if physical copy of card is not available or only online is available. In case wife doesn't have before and after address proofs then another affidavit is required for non-availablity of address. In some cases especially when the marriage is old, wife has different names on different documents and another affidavit is required in such cases. Surname of wife change affidavit but all marriage registrar do not entertain surname change request. Another affidavit is required if husband, wife or witnesses have different names on different documents. Without notary register number affidavits are not accepted in most of the areas.

B. Colored printouts of different marriage ceremony photos. In some divisions upto 5 photos are asked for.

C. Printouts of latest passport size photos of husband, wife and in some divisions witnesses photographs are also demqnded. Old photos are not entertained.

D. Colored printouts of all documents such as passport, aadhar, pan, voter, school passing certificate, birth certificate etc of husband, wife and witnesses. Black & White photocopies are not entertained and in some areas more than 1 copy is required. Around 20 or 40 colored photocopies.

E. Cost of delivery of file at customer's address is included in our fee.

F. Then there are other forms and documentation requirements which we do in advance otherwise these formalities have to be completed by clients on appointment day. When service is availed through us then clients easily save around 2 hours on appointment day.

G. Marriage Certificate service is a time consuming procedure and we have everything under one roof and expertise even then It takes us around 4 hours to do each appointment. For non experts it might take more than 1 complete day and from running one place to another.

H. Service from paragraph A to G is included in our fee.

I. When clients avail service through us then everything is done from the comfort of their home with a perfect file as per documentation requirement of division concerned without running from Pillar to post so that application is cleared on appointment day and precious time of husband, wife and witnesses is saved.

List of Documents For Marriage Registration in Delhi

1. Any 1 Date of Birth Proof : School Certificate, Birth Certificate, Passport, Driving Licence.

2. Any 1 Address proof: Voter Card, Passport, Driving Licence, Bank Passbook with Photo.

3. Marriage Invitation Card.

4. 4-5 Marriage Ceremony Photos to prove marriage.

5. 1-1 Passport Size photo of husband and wife.

6. Mail ID and phone number of husband and wife.

7. Temple or Gurudwara certificate if marriage happened at religious place.

8. Divorce Documents if Divorcee.

9. Death certificate of previous spouse if widow or widower.

10. NOC/Single status certificate from Embassy in Delhi in case of foreigner.

11. Aadhar card of husband and wife.
